    Bee honey is a unique and useful product. It has survived all technological revolutions and is collected and consumed in the same way as thousands of years ago. But the amount of harmful substances that can get into it as a result of human activities and environmental pollution has increased significantly.

    Therefore, the most important issue for us in the production of honey is the quality and safety of our products. That is why we have created a Research Center with high-quality, state-of-the-art and technological equipment. High-precision equipment and analytical and applied tools allow us to perform a number of studies of the best beekeeping product.

    We carefully examine honey for all quality indicators, including sucrose, fructose, invertase and safety indicators on a state-of-the-art chromatographic complex with a Waters Xevo TQD mass detector. We would like to single out our latest research on the geographical authenticity of honey on a digital microscope and the creation of a catalog of collected honey.
