Before the honey reaches our foreign customers, it goes through a careful process of its selection and processing. After contact with the beekeeper, we receive honey samples, which are examined for safety and quality indicators in a special laboratory. And it is on the basis of the obtained research results that we make a decision to purchase a batch and transport it to the production complex.

Honey production takes place on the most modern equipment, which makes it possible to achieve the highest possible quality of the product. Thanks to the lean processing technology, there is a minimal effect on the enzymes activity and the hydroxymethylfurfural level.
